2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary project information, content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Payment may be required in full or partially before work begins, depending on the service agreement.

Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers.

Failure to complete payment may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

General refund conditions include:

• Before work begins: Eligible for full refund minus processing fees

• After work has started: Partial refund may be granted depending on completed work

• After final delivery: Refunds are generally not available unless required by law

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant service milestone or delivery.

5. Revisions

Many services include a limited number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement.

Additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope may require additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved design or digital deliverable transfers to the client.

Vareup Digital LLC retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact Vareup Digital LLC directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider.

We are committed to resolving concerns in a fair and timely manner.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Vareup Digital LLC for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, where the company is registered.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
