At Vareup Digital LLC, we provide custom digital services including website design, branding, logo design, and digital marketing solutions. Because our services involve time, creative work, and digital deliverables, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Nature of Our Services

All services provided by Vareup Digital LLC are custom digital services created specifically for each client. Once work begins, resources and production time are allocated to the project.

For this reason, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project at the time of the request.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A. Before Work Begins

If a refund request is made before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any payment processing or administrative fees.

B. After Work Has Started

If work has begun but no concepts, drafts, or deliverables have been shared, a partial refund may be issued depending on the work completed.

C. After Initial Concepts or Drafts

Once initial concepts, mockups, drafts, or design previews have been delivered to the client, refunds may be limited or unavailable, as creative work has already been performed.

D. After Final Delivery

Once the final approved deliverables have been delivered, the project is considered complete and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Revision Policy

To ensure client satisfaction, most services include revision opportunities. Clients are encouraged to request revisions during the project process.

Refunds will generally not be issued for dissatisfaction if revisions were available but not requested.

4. Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the applicable service milestone or delivery.

5. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

• Any transaction or payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Change of mind after significant work has been completed

• Failure to provide required project information or feedback

• Delays caused by the client

• Services that have been fully delivered and approved

• Completed custom design work including logos, branding assets, or websites

7. Dispute Resolution

If you experience any issues with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.
